Alexbank is currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Financial Advisor to join its wealth management team. This role is tailored for experienced financial professionals capable of managing high-net-worth (HNW) portfolios, building long-term client trust, and driving strategic revenue growth while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

Key Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the bank’s premium client portfolios through the following core duties:

  • Client Acquisition: Active prospecting and onboarding of new Private & HNW clients through professional networking, strategic referrals, and industry events.
  • Advisory & Portfolio Management: Developing personalized, holistic investment and wealth-planning strategies tailored strictly to the client’s individual risk appetite and financial goals.
  • Relationship Management: Acting as the primary, trusted point of contact to deliver a seamless, best-in-class banking experience.
  • AUM Growth: Consistently growing Assets Under Management (AUM) by acquiring new premium accounts and effectively upselling financial products to existing clients.
  • Revenue & Profitability Management: Managing the overall profitability of the assigned portfolio under management. This includes balancing special client deals to ensure every account generates positive profitability for the bank.
  • Client Retention: Maintaining high client satisfaction rates, ensuring minimal client attrition, and unlocking new business opportunities through network expansion.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensuring that all financial transactions, advisories, and communications strictly adhere to internal banking policies, CBE (Central Bank of Egypt) guidelines, and local regulatory frameworks.

Position Requirements

1. Professional Experience

  • 4 to 6 years of proven experience in Relationship Management or a highly similar premium banking role.
  • Acceptable backgrounds include: Private Banking, Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs), Branch Managers, or Team Leaders.

2. Skills and Qualifications

  • Relationship Management: An exceptional ability to build trust, exercise absolute discretion, and nurture long-term connections with demanding, high-net-worth individuals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong aptitude for breaking down and explaining intricate financial concepts to clients in a clear, digestible, and professional manner.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of wealth management, asset allocation, taxation, risk assessment, and complex investment strategies.
  • Analytical Thinking: The capability to synthesize vast amounts of market data, evaluate economic trends, and convert them into personalized financial strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: A solid grasp of financial laws, risk tolerance parameters, and strict data confidentiality standards.

3. Preferable Certifications (Strong Plus)

Candidates possessing specialized wealth management qualifications will be highly preferred. These include:

  • CISI Wealth & Investment Management certification.
  • Certificate in Personal and Private Banking, validating specialized regulatory and market knowledge.
