Internship Description
- Assist in the Recruitment Process.
- Help in designing and executing HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in performance evaluation processes.
- Contribute to training program coordination.
- Organize team meetings and events as needed.
- Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
