Fit4Rail is a 45 working day summer internship program, in this program we are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join Siemens team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment and develop essential skills that will enhance your career prospects.
Internship responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects related to your area of focus.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Provide support in creating and delivering presentations or reports.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Follow the company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timelines.
- Seek initiatives within the company.
Internship Required
- Undergraduate student in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Mechatronics, Electrical), Business Administration, and Environmental Science.
- Ability to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong influence and impetus.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluency in English language both written and spoken.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
- Work independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.
