Internship responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
- Resume Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and match with position requirements
- Coordination:
- Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Job Postings:
- Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and platforms
- Candidate Outreach:
- Engage with potential candidates through phone and email communication to communicate job opportunities and gather necessary information
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and organized records
- Research:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
Internship Required
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
